I had a great sit-down discussion with associates at Lou Fusz Mazda Evansville tonight! They took the time to talk with me even as the dealership closed, and I'm happy to say that some good things are on the horizon! We are currently looking at a new vehicle, and even if that particular one doesn't work with my budget, they will keep working with me until I'm in a "new" certified used car. Finance-wise, my nerves have been considerably eased. I won't get into the details if it all, as it gets a bit long-winded, but they are going to get me into a new vehicle, even if we have to look at options as they arrive in the near future. Until then, my current Kia is running with a new quart of oil in it, and until I find a car I like, they have kindly offered to keep maintaining the oil levels. I wanted to thank everyone from Lou Fusz personally, but unfortunately, I didn't get everyone's card. Thank you to Jordan for working to help me find a new car, thank you to Terek Abdalla for his kindness and understanding, especially towards those of us like me who are neurodivergent, and ESPECIALLY to Blake Byrum in sales–I will have and will always maintain that she is a major asset to the dealership, and goes above and beyond to get her people into the right car. I was lucky to have met her. I've never experienced a dealership stepping up and having a productive meeting like we did today, which turned out well. I am satisfied with what's to come, and the team I dealt with today made that possible. Thank you!

I purchased a pre owned vehicle from Lou Fusz Mazda last year and have had an all around wonderful experience. The sales team and manager were extremely accommodating and great to work with. I later had some mechanical issues with the pre owned vehicle and Lou Fusz Mazda went above and beyond from a customer service and satisfaction perspective. I bought my Azera from Tarek a few years back and have loved it. My alternator went out on my way to work the other day and I had it towed to their service dept. they kept me informed as each process was done, sent a video with the technician explaining the situations I needed to consider looking into, and when it was done recommended me to get another thing checked. What I didn’t expect was they fixed my key fob, washed and vacuumed it out, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with a service center.

Great service work and body work. Any time I have a car go for body work or paint correction, they kill it! Highly recommend

He again assured me the Yukon was clean, and as advertised. Made the trip that next day to pick it up, test drove the car, and everything was exactly how they explained it. I have bought and sold many cars, and I can say without hesitation this was the best experience I have ever had, this team was honest, and just all-around good people. Brett went above and beyond a couple things to make the deal work. I would make the 3-hour drive again for another vehicle no questions asked. Great job Lou Fusz Mazda of Evansville for showing there still are some great dealerships out there.

Was very pleased with the service I received in a stressful time. Rylan was very professional and helped me with every step to familiarize myself with all my new Mazda features to get the most out of my purchase. From sales, financing, to general management, I must say they are very attentive to customer satisfaction. My daughter just turned 16, and she too will be driving a mazda soon! Safety, quality, and luxurious looking interiors.... and on top of that, a 200, 000 mile, 10-year powertrain warranty.... is just remarkable! Update... I just now rolled my window down and realized they failed to put the seal back on my door so now my window rattles. Unfortunately I work 12+ hours, so i will be contacting them Saturday. I hope they make this right. Everyone is so friendly. They listen to what your needs are and do not try to pressure you into anything.

Evansville Mazda is amazing! Terek and Ted (the GM) delivered the best in customer service. I spent two years deciding which vehicle to purchase. Finally, we decided on a Mazda CX50 - Prem Plus Turbo in white pearl, which it turns out, is an extremely rare combination to find. We searched for months. By chance, I submitted a request to Evansville Mazda. Terek reached out immediately and within a couple weeks I was in my new vehicle. (My previous vehicle was a Mazda CX5, Grand Touring. I absolutely loved it and never had an issue.) There was an issue with the paint straight from the factory and Evansville Mazda stood behind their product. Terek and Ted resolved my situation quickly and fairly. I couldn't be any happier with my vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Everyone here I've dealt with have done a great job. Love the Mazda CX-30 I got 10 months ago. MPG in the 40's, safety features have prevented some "problems".
